| Answer: No not yet. The currency, regulations, and the Dubai variety market are only recently starting to open up. -- You will find emerging markets but not 100% UAE. But the misrepresent there is exposure and won't be 100% UAE. Keep up on the big names like Barclays and State Street Non-Standard irregardless the ETFs to come. You'll need to do your own research and probably build your own personalize ETF/stocks ..based on ADRs. Benevolent luck. |
