Hi, I am a graduate universal student currently living in U.K with my wife and baby who are dependants of mine. I am planning to dispose in UAE by obtaining residence visa for my family.

For individuals planning to live in the UAE, you have to obtain a residence visa (occupation visa). A residence visa will be issued by the Immigration department of the emirate you will be staying in and provided to you by your angel (the company or person you are working for). If you have entered the country on a visit visa, you can transport to a residence visa by either re-enter the country or else make the transfer at the Immigration department.

If you are coming to the UAE with kinsmen members, you should obtain a family visa, which will allow you to sponsor your parents, spouse, daughters, and sons under the age of 18. Relations visas are only possible

I have valid indian passport with ECNR and visa have been sponsered by callers in UAE.
do i need immigration formalities in passport, if any.?

Answer: Beyond question the whole process in getting you a work permit is carried out in conjunction with your valid Indian passport therefore all procedures carried out by the UAE word dictate that for the validity in obtaining a work permit it is stamped on your passport.

Therefore, your validity of toil permit stamped on your passport is surely not only for the sake of your work permit but also for entrance and re-entry purpose, if the need arises for you to leave the UAE in between the validity period.

You will also have a medical press card with your photo on it.

Is There A UAE Immigration Law That Prohibits An Expat To Have Vacation With Credit Card Unpaid Debts?

I will take my annual vacation but i have owed credit cards, is there a law in uae airport that will hold me going out for vacation?

Answer: Unless the banks does not enter a case with your security check or a police case till that time you can go on an vacation. If you did not pay for 5 months than it's more wisely don't go for a vacation because most of the banks files a case after 5 unpaid months.

How I Will Check That I Have Immigration & For How Long Of Uae, Bcz My Employer Told Me That They Put A Ban.?

I thirst to know that what the rule of immigration ban of uae, how & where i will check about this. Bcz i resigned from my job within a month & my employer told me that they banned me for 1 year, i insufficiency to check about this, Please provide me the appropriate information.

Answer: Your gaffer is not able to ban you. The six months ban is imposed by the Labour Department and the one year ban by the Immigration Department in instance you breaced the Law.

For sure you have a six months ban. Means, you still can obtain a visit visa and you also can take occupation with a company located in the Freezone.

In case a one year ban was imposed, you will not able to upon the UAE until the ban expired.

I Am A UAE Resident For Less Than 1 Year. Can I Apply For Canadian Immigration Through London Visa Office?

London Visa firm handles the Canadian Immigration applications from the UAE and I've heard that only those applicants who have a permenant stay of over 1 year in the UAE can put in through it. Otherwise one needs to apply from his home country.

Canadian Embassy in the UAE does not alter Immigration Applications. It only entertains visit and study visa applications.

Answer: You can even do at UAE Canadian Embassy for your visa to immigrate to Canada. Find the nearest one to you.
