I am a unfamiliar worker in Abu Dhabi and I have unlimited contract. However, due to health condition I am planning to discharged my job. I am still under probation period, I have been working for 2 months now. Can I resign or ask for cancellation from my employer? Do I have to pay repatriation cost if granted to be cancelled? Thanks for your labourers in advance.
Answer: i can't say for firm but i think it would depend on the state and what company policy is look up the leave of absents of one's nearest and self if it is indeed a health reason with written docmation you could get out of paying repatriation but look in to it more i'm not in to law i was a boss for a notable company for awhile

My central salary is 1200 and my present salary is 2500. I already finsih my contract of 3 years and 2months in narrow contract. Now I want to know how to compute my gratuity?
Answer: You are entitled to 21 days root salary (AED 1200) for every year of employment.
AED 1200 : 30 = AED 40 x 21 = AED 840 x 3 = AED 2.520 for 3 years

What if an wage-earner is forced to work during the EID holidays and not is getting extra paid or extra at the same time for those 3 days (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday)?

Answer: Article 81
Where it is exigent for the work interest to put a worker on duty during publicholidays or days off in respect of which he is entitled to full or fond of pay, he shall begranted substitute leave in respect of such days, plus 50 per cent of his wage. If he isnot granted substitute depart, his employer shall pay him 150 per cent of his basicwage in respect of the days worked.
But heed: The above mentioned doesn't apply to persons holding senior executive managerial or administrative positions! And it's applicable only for employees falling under the Labor Law.
Guess public sector will be off for 4-5 days (hubby will be off a whole week).
