Is There Any Labour Ban For Those Who Completed 4 Yr In Same Company As Per UAE Law?

Am working in a gathering from last 4 years, my visa renewed in last august. Now I want to change my job so as per the new UAE labour law is there labour ban for me… please warning

As To New Amenment In UAE Labour Law, Whether A Person Under Unlimited Contract Can Lift Ban By Paying Money?

According to the new amendement in UAE labour law 2008, Whether an hand who have completed more than one year in a company with the nature of unlimited contract can lift the 6 month ban in covering of the absence of NOC by paying fee. if so How much? What is the procedure?

Answer: The hand must be paid the whole amount of fees based on the contract if he has no offenses and liability against the company.
