HI , i am a chemistry graduate having four years episode in analytical field,,right now i am getting 3000 AED in abudhabi with Company accomodation,am air its very low,how much i can ask for my experience? please suggest
| Answer: In the UAE you get paid by bloodline degree, experience and the company itself. I of course agree with you that a salary of AED 3.000 for your m is way to low. If you ask for an increase, the salary still will remain to low because your salary will not be doubled. One day I wanted to take over an Indian accountant from another gathering who also received AED 3.000. We offered him 6.500 but couldn't get this work contract accepted by MoL. AED 5.000 was the max. I felt star-crossed for him because his european collegue received AED 10.000 for a part time job where as he worked full time. Even our coffee boy received AED 3.600 + case.
