I necessary to know if i am eligible to get the transit visa apoun arrival at the dubai air anchorage? or how should get that done as there is no high commision for UAE in New Zealand.

Answer: For a visa your bloodline is relevant and not where you reside. Are you talking about the 96 hrs transit visa which allows you to submit the country?

A so called transit visa (valid for 96 hrs) is needed when leaving the progress area only. Otherwise no transit visa is needed. Only citizens of Afghanistan, Iraq, Niger, Somalia and Yemen aren't fit for a 96 hour transit visa (or maybe just on arrival) - pre-audition with an
Airline, Marhaba Services, or a UAE hotel.

I am a constant NZ resident and have been offered a tax free job in Abu Dhabi. Does anyone know how i can maintain my residency and travail in the UAE?

Answer: there may be a acclimate on your NZ resident visa that you gotta to enter the country before a specific date (which is mainly 5 yrs in Aus). Also you may have to wait for few years before you can apply for NZ citizenship, till then you may continue to work in the UAE and when its continuously for your citizenship application you may arrive into NZ and lodge an application.
on the other hand when you done with the above you may resume working in the UAE while the other goes on.

Answer: Recruitment agencies in New Zealand won't take on for UAE. You have to contact local working recruitment agencies and apply online. If shortlisted you will have a phone question and if lucky get hired.

All visa and labour related costs have to be on the employer. Never pay any recruitment operation as this illegal in the UAE.
