Reliable Phone Card To Call USA From UAE?

I am in the UAE and desire to call the USA hotel land line to cell to land line in the United States. I cannot seem to find a honest and reputable phone card that doesn't cost a small fortune. Anyone have any leads? I found some by googling but they are all blocked here in the UAE!!!!

PS. I cannot use Skype or other computer to phone or computer to computer methods. I am proper interested in calling cards with 1800 number type methods.
I should add that I CANNOT put software

Answer: you remarkably don't need a phone card , just a du subscription, which is almost free since they credit back the annual fee "less 1 aed" towards calls made, you at best pay for the time you use. Plus you earn free time on int'l calls.

How To Use KDDI Phone Card In Tokyo?

I bought a 1000 yen KDDI oecumenical phone card, I tried the gray public phone and dialed the following as described:
0055-#cardnumber#-001-010-mountains code (UAE=971)-phone number. but its not working!! I don't know Itried many times but still!! so please anyone with any ideas???? since I'm staying for only 3 weeks can't get the non-native registration ID to buy/rent a mobile phone!!!!!!!

so please how can I talk to my family back home????

Answer: You don't have to dial 001-010.

I am upsetting to find an international calling card to call from UAE (Dubai / Abu Dhabi area cell phone) to USA. The only ones I can find are to call from USA to UAE. Does anyone have any suggestions for websites that you comprehend will have cards to call from UAE to USA? Thanks in advance...

Answer: Here is how my friends in UAE do it.

1) Get Surfbouncer VPN which gives your computer a US IP lecture and unblocks the internet. Cost per month with a yearly subscription < $9

2) After you get Surfbouncer, log in while on the VPN and get Skype unlimited in the USA for $2.95 per month.

Call all day and night-time whenever you want to the USA for a net total of < $12 a month.

Answer: You can use the same Nokia phone in Al Ain. Speak to Cellucom's Al Ain store, situated near Lulu Supermarket on Main Circle, if you need any service.
