I deficiency to work in the UAE as a nurse. Should I sent my application to each hospital there or do I need a recruiter in every crate?
Answer: Do not pay attention at every hospital. 1. You would not get lucky and 2. they may not hire you because of your Nationality. 90% of the "routine" nurses working in patient care are Indians and Filipinos (no offense, please) who are working for a third of the income that you would expect working as a qualified nurse. Last week a nurse emailed me and wanted to discern if a basic salary of Dhs 2.500 (Eur 500) would be a good salary.
Beside at Gulf Diagnostic Center I never met any European cherish. Some American and New Zealand nurses work at Khalifa Medical Center, Abu Dhabi at the exigency rooms. That's the hospital you should try to land a job. This is the Government

Answer: Yes, they will agree to your application provided that you can still stay in the country. Most Emerati's are great people but do not travail jobs where they worry about these issues. Most of the non-Emerati workers in the Emirates will lose their favourably to stay in the UAE or even live in housing if they don't have a job. Apply and move to the new job before you leave the existing job.
