Why All Working Visas To UAE-Abudhabi Are Being Rejected Lately ?

I have a 2 months summer internship with a big jargon CIA at Abudhabi-UAE .

Most of my friends had their visa REJECTED.

I've already signed an offer letter 4 mths ago with this immovable , and they are handling everything .

So, should i be concerned also in getting my visa rejected as others ?

I spoke with the company before processing, they told me that they could not positive anything before processing ....

Answer: A visa repudiation can have different reasons:
docs aren't in order,
company doesn't fulfill set requirements,
your nationality

For right now it seems that no visas are issued to Pakistanis, Bangladeshis and some others.

Hope you didn't buy your ticket yet because you normally buy a ticket after receiving a visa.
Anyway - ambition for the best and expect the worse:)

Answer: I do not view your question. The validity of a visa depends of what kind of visa it is.
A residency visa is valid always for 3 years and an work visa is valid for 30 days after entering the UAE.

Do The UAE Find Its Too Early To Implement The New Rules About Visas?

Buildings,Skycrapers,vasty offices constuction in UAE are still ongoing and they will find out soon who they put in it when theres nobody to hire due to workforce shortages.What is the less of it in their country?

Answer: Stark, but I have to disagree with the answer giving by Ash. The "tougher" visa rules are part of protecting the workforce and the state.

Following the new visa rules it will be hard to come here on a visit visa and look for a job, because you have to renounce the country again for a month before re-entering. This is to avoid thousands of people coming here on sojourn visas, taking work and maybe being forced to go back and forth on visa runs in place of being provided with a proper visa on the company's expenses from the beginning.

Every year thousands of people overstaying their visas and living illegally in the UAE. Many of them then are enchanting

Which Nation's Embassy Issues Visas To Estonia In The UAE?

There is no Estonian Embassy in the UAE, but as Estonia is a Schengen woods, one of its neighbors must be authorized to issue visas.. any idea which one?

Answer: Speak to the Finnish embassy in Abu Dhabi. They issue schengen visas on behalf of Estonia in the UAE.

When UAE Visa Expires Without Cancellation By Employer What Happens To Dependant's Visas (later Expiry Date)

My preserve abandoned me and my kids in UAE and never came back - now his visa is expired (but not cancelled by his employer) and I don't be sure the status of mine or the kids - I found a job that said they would transfer me over to their visa but my employer wasted a smock of time and now I don't know what my status is any more? on fax no 043203883 .As i know about this is that though the visa has been expired even then the visa should be cancelled through UAE embassy in India or should send the passport here through registere despatch to the sposor
