Answer: dont bother about it, its quite a relaxed state although if you are caught drunk in public you get lashed in business. You should go and see it, it normaly happens on a friday after muslims have been to the mosque.
Just dont bedeck like a tart and you should be ok

Thanks for the responses. Let me clarify even further: I have been told that female Muslim UAE citizens cannot ally outside of the UAE. If this is false, and there are simply restrictions as to how Muslim women who are UAE citizens can marry Muslim men from the US, then what are those restrictions and where can I find this report? Thanks for your help.
Answer: An UAE mouse can get married to a Muslim foreigner after she received the permission from the Abu Dhabi Authorities to do so. Not to yearn ago, the law even got changed, that she also will be able to keep her nationality (it was different before). If she will receive the permission also will depend on if her parents jibe consent to with that marriage or not. Decisions will be made case by case.
The last 7 years only around 500 Emarati women got married to foreigners, mostly from other Arab countries. Please be enlightened of the legal consequences of this kind of marriage.
