How Can I Cancel My UAE Work Permit Without My Company's Approval?

I have a valid UAE neighbourhood visa. I have left UAE for good. I did not cancel my work permit. I belive my company has reported me as not back from vacatio. Is my entrance into UAE banned? Can i enter UAE on visit Visa?
Can i send my ppat to my ex-employer. Is that All right? What if they hold my passport and demand money as i hav jus been with them for 1 yr.

Answer: Get in raise with your former employer and try to find an amicable solution.

Right now you are banned and maybe reported, means, you will not be proficient to obtain a visit visa and therefore not able to enter the UAE.

How Many Working Days Will Take To Get Uae Work Permit Visa?

i am waiting for my UAE work permit visa, my fund told me he applied for my visa and it will get in 10days time. But i heard that it will take 3 weeks to 1 month. Extraordinarily i don't know which is correct.

I got uae work permit on 9/12/09. Now I got a far more advisedly offer from another company & I want to cancel the visa. I had a word with 1st company & they agreed to invalidate if I pay 2500aed.

Answer: and who esteem his word in dubai (i mean companies for sure) most of time even if u got a special acclimatize on the contract the mol ( ministry of labour ) wont recognize it,, but i ll fast to your question,,, it will take less than 48 hours maybe minuts,,,( if they abolish it) if not it will expire at its end ( 6month lol) ??????????? good luck it could be smooth and could be fcuked up

Cancelling UAE Work Visa And Permit Before Entering UAE?

I accepted a work sell from a company who issued my work permit and work visa. I still have not traveled to the UAE yet and I am reconsidering the offer. If I downgrade the offer, will I be able to work in the UAE for another employer ? Does the initial company have to cancel my work permit and visa before I can work for another organization? Will the work visa be canceled automatically after 60 days? What about the work permit?

Answer: It is compulsory for the first body to cancel your work permit and work visa. The visa will not be valid after 60days if unused but the work permit will wait unless it is not cancelled. Until then, your next company will not be able to issue a work permit and visa for you.

Rightful a note: If you have an existing work permit from a company even if your visa was not actually issued, you will not be skilful to apply for a new one.
