I Live In A Third World Country And Wants To Start A Low Cost Online Business Any Ideas?

I would like to start an online business. I real in a third world Country and am looking for an online business that already exists in the west but has not been properly exploited in the a third far-out country. It should be low cost and involve a service preferably, not hard goods.

one of my dreams is to do an online busines, I didn't resolve yet what kind of Business I can do online, If I have only the weekend and 3 hours that I can spend daily for my business.
I've been searching the web for so many years,
most of them scams. only ebay was approving but they charge fees, and then I need good suppliers. I didn't know where to get suppliers, cause I didn't be sure what product I should sell.
