Business Grants?

Does anyone recall where I might be able to learn about potential business grants. My husband has a small landscaping company that needs some new mat. He is also learning disabled? are there grants specifically for people with disabilities. Please help??
His mower needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Snowblower aslo has issues. His dumptruck needs the sides replaced. Present-day sides are shot. I am sure there is more that is just all I can think of at the moment.

I have one of the Matthew Lesko books, and see some possibiliites for slight feel embarrassed business grants. They all ask for a formal business plan in order to apply. I have everything set up in my head, but don't know the format to transcribe one.
