What Can U Tell Me About Business Loans To Start Up A New Business?
Apr 09, 2008 by curious | Posted in Small Business
In the change of opening a new business. How do business loans work - I know I need a business plan etc before I can apply for a credit, but what's some other info? What's the interest rate range, what's the range of how many yrs u can have the loan, range of amnt they can credit, will they include the first yrs lease amnt in the loan if needed...etc, etc?
We have good credit.
A verified business credit card is a line of credit that is taken in the name of the business, under the business' credit. Activity, whether passable or bad, is reflected on your business' credit report through D&B and other financial institutions, and the liability for any debts incurred and bills owed is with the business.
However, some companies out there proffer "business" credit cards which they require a person guarantee for. These institutions will often ask for a intimate guarantee, and will almost always ask for a social security number from the person applying for the card. If this is the victim, the credit card is not a business credit card, but is simply a personal credit be unsecretive which is used for the business. The business is not liable for bills and debts - you are.
When applying for a credit card for your business, to out for areas asking for your SSN (and not your TaxID or EIN) and be wary of any credit card that asks for a insulting guarantee. By ensuring that your credit card is in the name of your business, you can help to build your business' credit, while avoiding creating problems with your own.
Many companies present oneself a list of credit cards that are issued under the business name only. Those lists typically run $300-$900, depending on the distinction of the information inquiring. I would suggest starting your search online via google or yahoo. Search for "antagonistically business credit" (just like that in quotes) to find services that sell the report.
Good luck,

How Do I Retroactively Transfer Personal Income To My New Business?
Oct 13, 2006 by Matt | Posted in United States
I am about to start a new business object (probably an LLC), but I have already been earning income (intended for this business) under my name and personal bank account, since the LLC has not been formed yet and I do not have a business bank acount yet.
I will quite be filing IRS Form 8832 so that the LLC is taxed like a corporation, and can seperate my unfriendly income tax from my business income tax.
Can I transfer income related to the business that i personally received before starting the LLC into the LLC so that the business would be taxed on it, and it would not be apt towards my personal tax? How would this be done?
The income was received within the 2006 tax year, so I'm assuming i may need to start the LLC within 2006 as well?
No, you can't scarcely assign your personal income to the LLC before the entity existed. Once you file the paperwork for the LLC it can start to put together income separately.
How Do I Start A Business With Someone From New Zealand?

Hi all. A buddy and I are impaired to start a business in texas. The only problem is is that he is from New Zealand. Does anyone know of any special visas that would consent to him to be a co-owner in a business or any other ways this could work. Thanks for your answers!
Yes, You can talk to a attorney-at-law ( American ) in Texas and then he or she will advice you for the business visa. Then the lawyer can draw a paper and grasp sure you have everything in writing. Because, you need them for taxes in the future and apply for business visa for your alter ego. By the way, you can ask a bank for a SBA loan. Have a business plan ready. Check out any possibility and find book about business in Texas and go-goggle for more in formations. Good luck.
How Do I Bring New Business To The Bank I Work For?
Apr 19, 2008 by ericangelot | Posted in Small Business
I exertion for a smaller bank in California. Right now we are being asked to do our part to bring in new business accounts and extend existing customers our business enhancing services. I'm finding it difficult to think of ways to do this without seeming officious, or too salesperson-like. Any suggestions? Thanks!
You didn’t state of affairs in your question whether or not you have direct contact with current bank clients such as in a teller province.
If that is the case, when a client comes in to make a deposit to a checking, savings, account, etc. you might let them have knowledge of about other services the bank provides.
If the bank offers a brochure about their services, give them one.
My bank keeps monitor of folks who have rather large balances in checking account that are not earning as much as other services they may provide and flag those accounts so when the customer comes in it pops up on the computer that they may wish to speak with a critical banker.
You might also have some brochures with you when you are out and about and should an opportunity present itself hand it out.
Always try to deliver the best doable service to the customers you see – to them many times, the teller is the bank.
