Missing Desktop Shortcut N Startup Application Programs. What Happen?

I curve on my computer this morning n find some of my desktop shortcuts missing. I clicked on the startup button n find most of my application program missing too though they r still in the program interfile folder.

Can someone pls tell

Batch File Cmd To Remove A Startup Folder Application?

I am looking for a way to kill the Novell Notify application from the startup folder on over 30 PCs. Rather than hit every PC I want a batch file to do it over the network login.

I can only regard as of running Windows scripting to delete the registry entry from startup. You can find lots of practical scripts at the link below
