Home Business Advice And Info Would Be Greatly Appreciated?

I active to start a home business pretty soon, but the thing is I don't know anyone personally to find out how to go about starting one. So I wanted to recognize what are the things I need to know and things I need to do before I jump in, preferably from people who have harshly businesses or who are planning to start one as well.

By the way I live in Toronto, Canada. If I could get some info and advice from you all, I would admire it!
I'm interested in starting an online business from home, and having a website with all of these products on it so people can law them. I'm interested in selling hair products like: perms, weaves, shampoos, oils , babe in arms/kids hair products etc. I've compared prices, textures and quality of these products from other stores around my section and online that sell the same kind of products jus to get an idea of what sells and what doesn't and basically right-minded what people prefer. So I know what I want to sell but, I just don't know how to get it started. I positive I need a business plan, and business name etc. I know you have to get it registered but how do I do all these things.

Anything that I haven't mentioned that someone who like to share with me, would be greatly appreciated.

I Was Wondering If There Was A Way To Get Free Business Advice?

I wanted to start a online business collecting donations for something. I want to know if there is free business advice, for what I would need, to do this, and what rules I would need to follow if so, cause I don't poverty to get into any trouble. I want my donation business to be legal.

SMALL BUSINESS ADVICE: How Do I Go To Market With Just One Product?

I have a manufactured a comfort kitchen product but it is the only one I have as of yet. Who do I approach first?

Will my company be taken seriously with just one offshoot. I know Microsoft only had one when they started but that was for a mass market and mine is niche.

I would like to won over it through retailers globally rather than directly from my site as I only have one product.

Any sound business advice will be greatly appreciated.

I don't see a obstreperous with selling it from your site. Many websites market only one product...think of all the "Learn How To" courses that are out there.

Get it on your put, go to flea markets and do demos, perhaps home shows, see if you can get on your local news path (or in the paper) as a "local inventor creates...

Give several away (or lend for x days) to users and ask for testimonials
